Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a SAP Functional Logistic Consultant to integrate the SAP department in Cascais. Job Summary The SAP Functional Logistics Consultant plays a key role in our SAP Digitalization Journey, implementing solutions that seamlessly connect the shop floor with enterprise systems, optimize production processes, and enable real-time business insights. Covering Business Analysis and Process Design, SAP Configuration, Project Implementation, Integration, Testing, and ongoing Support and Maintenance, this role drives operational excellence and continuous efficiency improvements across the business. Supporting sites across all Logoplaste locations, this position may occasionally require travel. Key tasks & Activities: Business Analysis and Process Design: Engages with business users to gather and document requirements for Logistic/Supply Chain processes. Analyzes current business processes and identifies areas for improvement or automation using SAP Logistic Modules functionalities. Designs end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and SAP best practices. SAP Configuration and Project Implementation: Participates in SAP Logistic/Supply Chain implementation or rollout projects, Creates and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, and training materials. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget. Integration, Testing: Ensures integration of SAP Logistic/Supply Chain with other modules like FI/CO. Develops and executes unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT). Troubleshoots and resolves system issues during testing and post go-live. Support and Maintenance: Provides post go-live support, including issue resolution and system enhancements. Trains (key)-users and on SAP Logistic processes and functionalities. Provides helpdesk support as part of the team. Who we are looking for… Background and Experience Bachelor`s degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or similar. Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience with ERP systems, implementation of at least one full lifecycle implementations as SAP functional consultant in one or more of the logistics modules. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of core Logistic/ Supply chain functionalities and interfaces with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO and their integration with other Logistic modules. Strong interest or experience in SAP technical environments, particularly with interfaces and connectivity. Fluent in english and portuguese (verbal and written). Interpersonal Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to lead meetings and presentations.
