Join Logoplaste’s Corporate HR team and play a key role in managing and evolving our global HR systems. As our Corporate HR System Administrator, you will be the system expert responsible for maintaining, configuring, and continuously improving our global SuccessFactors environment. Working closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, you’ll drive system enhancements, support users across multiple modules, and deliver the reporting and analytics that help shape people decisions across the organization. Job Summary The Corporate HR System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and continuous improvement of Logoplaste’s SuccessFactors system, ensuring it runs reliably and evolves in line with both global HR standards and local country needs. Acting as the first point of contact for SuccessFactors-related issues, this position owns the relationship with external support and implementation vendors, drives system configuration and testing for new releases and functionalities, and administers the reporting and analytics that give Corporate HR and the wider business visibility into their people data. Key Responsibilities System Support & Operations Serve as first line of support for SuccessFactors inquiries, across all modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Performance and Goals, Onboarding, EC Payroll, Learning, People Analytics) Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues raised by HR, managers, and employees, coordinating with external support partners when needed. Manage support tickets through to resolution and monitor overall system performance and stability. Maintain day-to-day operational stability across all modules. Maintain user access, permissions, and security roles, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements. Configuration & Implementation Own configuration, maintenance, and ongoing administration of SuccessFactors, in collaboration with Corporate HR and external vendors. Partner with Corporate HR to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Hold regular governance meetings with external vendors to review tickets, support utilization, ongoing projects, integrations, and system enhancements. Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for new functionalities and system changes. Maintain configuration consistency across global and local processes while ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, user experience, and system adoption. Support the implementation of new modules, functionalities, and HR technology projects as required. Reporting & Analytics Administration Configure and maintain dashboards, analytics, and ad-hoc reporting tables in SuccessFactors Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics in SuccessFactors. Prepare monthly HR KPI reports and validate data accuracy across multiple sources. Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from HR, managers, and leadership Partner with Corporate HR to continuously improve reporting capabilities, metrics, and workforce analytics. Who we are looking for… Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across multiple modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Onboarding. Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working with external vendors and system implementations is an advantage. Experience in HR systems/HRIS administration within a multinational or multi-country environment is a plus. Technical Skills Fluent in English. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HR data. Strong analytical, reporting, and data validation skills. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a global and virtual team Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills, as well as high initiative Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
