PPM Coachers is currently recruiting for the role of Business Expert – SAP S/4HANA Record to Report! Analyzing regional and segment-specific business requirements through local fit-gap analyses, under the leadership of global or hub process owners. Steering the adaptation and optimization of end-to-end Record to Report business processes, including process modelling, aligned with global harmonization and standardization objectives. Coordinating with local business experts on preparatory activities such as data cleansing and process documentation. Designing and maintaining process maps and business process models reflecting adapted Record to Report processes. Defining and executing cut-over strategies, with a focus on data migration and role setup, ensuring a smooth transition. Designing, owning, and executing functional end-to-end test cases within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Actively contributing to international roll-in and rollout projects across regions, segments, and business units. Supporting training initiatives by contributing to training materials and delivering end-user training when required. Ensuring strong stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience in SAP or business process–related roles. Strong understanding of end-to-end Record to Report business processes. Solid knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, with emphasis on FI/CO modules. Proven experience in business requirements analysis and business process modelling. Experience working in Greenfield and/or Brownfield transformation programs. Strong analytical and conceptual mindset, with attention to detail and results orientation. Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex, international environments. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German or other languages are a plus.
