IT Asset Lifecycle & CMDB Analyst (M/F/D) – Lisboa

Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting an IT Asset Lifecycle & CMDB Analyst (M/F/D) for a client company.

FUNCTIONS
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement through to decommissioning.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the CMDB and IT asset inventory .
Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and decommissioning processes.
Ensure full asset traceability and control across the organization.
Support internal and external audits related to IT asset management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of ITAM and CMDB processes.

PROFILE
2–5 years of experience in specialized operational IT workloads.
Proven responsibility for asset lifecycle management, CMDB maintenance, inventory control, traceability, and audit support.
Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and best practices.
Experience working with CMDB and ITSM tools, preferably JIRA.
Excellent organizational, control, and documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and ensure asset traceability.
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data reliability and integrity.
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on governance and continuous improvement.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
