We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Purchasing team — a professional with proven experience in industrial environments, end-to-end procurement ownership, and the ability to manage international supplier relationships independently.

Your Impact
• Own the full procurement cycle for raw materials and components — from RFQ to delivery — balancing cost, lead time, and quality.
• Lead negotiations with domestic and international suppliers, securing competitive terms and building long-term partnerships.
• Manage import processes, including logistics coordination and customs compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance to ensure operational alignment.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive sustainable procurement practices aligned with the company’s ESG strategy.

What You Bring
Must-have:
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in imports and international supplier negotiation
• Fluent English — written and spoken
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Analytical mindset, high autonomy, and results-driven approach
Nice-to-have:
• Experience with Power BI or data analytics tools
• Additional language skills
• Demonstrated impact in strategic sourcing or cost reduction initiatives
